With over 20 years of professional experience in communications, Chi has a broad array of experience spanning journalism, public relations, marketing communications, advertising and event management. In addition to her work in communications, she also held senior positions in marketing management in major corporations. Chi is currently Senior Manager of the Hong Kong Construction Arbitration Centre. Organizations served include Jardine OneSolution of the Jardine Matheson Group, PCCW, the Hong Kong Tourism Board and the South China Morning Post.

Chi is an adjunct lecturer of various academic institutions. She has served the International Association of Business Communicators Hong Kong Chapter as Board Executive since 2013, and is its President of the current year. She is also a Founding Member of the Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals’ Association, and has served in its Steering Committee and Executive Committee.  Chi holds a Master of Arts in Communications.

Vice President, Membership

Genevieve Hilton has worked in corporate affairs and sustainability in Asia Pacific since 1994, primarily in Vietnam and Hong Kong. She has worked at BASF since 2008. In her current role she is responsible for stakeholder engagement, crisis readiness, online communications, media relations, sustainability reporting, corporate publications, and channel management for 18 markets in the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining BASF, she was most recently Senior Vice President, Client Services, at Ketchum Greater China. She is also Vice President, Professional Development for the Hong Kong Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators, and is the recipient of the IABC Excellence Award for contribution to the communications profession in Asia Pacific.

Vice President, Finance

Wendy She has over 15 years of experience in internal and marketing communications across insurance & healthcare, professional services, retail, and technology sectors in Hong Kong, China and the U.S. She has served reputable companies on local, regional and global levels and is currently Head of Internal Communications for Bupa’s businesses in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Bupa, Wendy was most recently Senior Director, Internal Communications at Walmart, where she was responsible for developing employee communications and engagement strategies for over 100,000 associates in China. She has also led extensive communications efforts at KPMG and Adidas. Wendy is currently Vice President, Finance for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC)’s Hong Kong Chapter.


Vice President, Professional Development

Lisa has over 12 years of progressive communications experience covering internal and external communications, government and media relations, traditional and digital/social media in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. She was most recently Senior Manager of Communications at HSBC, where she was responsible for more than 20,000 employees across 19 countries in Asia.

Lisa is currently Associate Director of Employee Communications at Fidelity, Vice President of Professional Development for the International Association of Business Communicators Hong Kong Chapter. She is also a certified China-European Union simultaneous interpreter and a Certified Professional Coach.

Vice President, Programs

Grace is a founding partner of Newgate, Greater China. She specializes in financial communications, corporate reputation, media relations and crisis management. She has over 13 years’ experience handling domestic Chinese clients and foreign MNCs in equal measure, covering the full range of international institutional media through to local HK media, domestic PRC business and ministry press.

Grace also advised a large number of PE clients on their stakeholder communications and capital market transactions. She also has extensive experience representing professional services firms. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Grace is currently Partner of Greater China, Head of China for Newgate Communications, and Vice President of Programs for the International Business Communicators Hong Kong Chapter.
